My journey began with a lifelong commitment to elite sport. From a young agel developed a strong foundation in competitive swimming representing Surrey in many galas and training at Crystal Paace Arena. That discipline expanded into Judo and eventually into a successful amateur boxing career with numerous bouts for the Foley A.B.C.
Transitioning into the fitness industry in my earty twenties attended a Fitness For Industry personal trainer'S Course then worked as a lifeguard/itness assistant at Leatherhead Leisure
centre in Surrey.
